Refineries contain thousands of flanges, valves, and fittings — each a potential corrosion point. Our visco-elastic tape and paste system conforms perfectly to irregular shapes, fills gaps, and self-heals minor damage. It requires no sandblasting and can be applied during short maintenance windows.

3. Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) Prevention
CUI is a major challenge in petrochemical plants. Our aluminum foil tape provides a moisture barrier that prevents water ingress beneath insulation — a proven solution for CUI mitigation. The reflective aluminum surface also resists UV degradation in above-ground service.
4. Pipeline Repair and Rehabilitation
During turnarounds, damaged coating areas must be repaired quickly and reliably. Our repair patches and visco-elastic tape enable fast, cold-applied repairs without hot work permits — minimizing turnaround time and safety risks.

Our products comply with international standards including ISO 21809-3, NACE SP0109, GB/T 23257, and are compatible with plant safety requirements. They work effectively with cathodic protection (CP) systems where applicable.
