Our Solution: Heat Shrinkable Sleeve System

Our heat shrinkable sleeves and tapes provide a seamless, high-strength corrosion barrier for pipeline girth welds. The radiation cross-linked polyethylene backing shrinks tightly around the weld area, while the hot-melt adhesive bonds securely to both the steel substrate and the adjacent mill-applied coating (3LPE, FBE, or 2LPE).

Solvent-Free Epoxy Primer — Applied to the prepared weld area for strong adhesion to steel.
Heat Shrinkable Sleeve / Tape — Provides the main anti-corrosion barrier with high mechanical strength.
